DP Series Heating Dual-Plunger High-Pressure Pump
The DP Series Heating Type Dual-Plunger High-pressure Constant-flow Infusion Pump adopts the independently developed cold-pressing plunger rod assembly technology, achieving a coaxiality of less than 0.01 mm, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the infusion pump. The multi-phase cam technology makes the pump body smaller, with less supply fluctuation, and improves the stability of the supply. The multi-functional software controller provides constant pressure mode and gradient mode for material supply. The heating control temperature accuracy reaches ±1℃, and the heating range is from room temperature to -80℃. According to the characteristics of the transported samples and different feeding volumes, there are 316L, Hastelloy, PTFE and other different materials, and different flow range of nearly 30 infusion pumps for you to choose from

To accommodate the need for feeding diverse raw materials with varying properties, options like 316L stainless steel, C276 alloy, and PTFE are offered.

A flow rate range of 0.001-3000 mL/min is available to ensure an optimal flow range.

An open control platform is provided, featuring multiple communication ports, including RS485 and RS232.

Users can freely switch between two working modes: constant current mode and constant pressure mode.
